We do not offer Refunds if wrong product are selected by the customer.
If the item shipped is incorrectly picked, by Wynnum music staff member, we ask you follow these steps
· Email us with your name, invoice number, product name so that we can action your complaint
· The item must be unused, sealed in the packaging and packaging must be undamaged
We do not offer refunds for ex demo stock, scratch and dent items and where a reduced purchase price is given due to imperfections. If the item has separate issues that deems it unusable the customer is offered
· Repair of the separate issue
· Replacement of the item with the customer expected to pay the balance of full RRP
In the event an item has to be returned to us, all freight costs are to be borne by the purchaser. With the exception of faults or warranty claims where freight costs are at the discretion of the importer of the item in question.
You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit (at the digression of the manufacturer) if the products you have bought are:
We package items in a way that, to the best of our ability, gets them to you safely. If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. When receiving goods the freight company will not be held responsible for any damaged goods once the item has been singed for.
Before signing for shipped goods
· Check the box thoroughly for any damage like punctures, moisture or tearing in the packaging.
· If the box has damage make sure that the drivers has marked the box as damaged and sign for the goods accordingly.

We ask that you read the product warranties as is listed in product leaflet by the manufacture. Warranty terms will be followed as is stepped out by the manufacturer.
